**Savings is applicable solely upon closing and buyer’s compliance with all terms and conditions of qualifying contract. The aggregate total of all credits and incentives provided by Brookfield Residential Texas Homes LLC and/or Brookfield Residential Property Home Mortgage LLC in connection with this promotion or otherwise associated with the purchase of the home that require a qualifying loan from Brookfield Residential Property Home Mortgage LLC to finance the home shall in no event exceed the sum of $60,000 of the sales price of the home, and if, for any reason whatsoever, the aggregate of such credits and incentives exceeds such amount, then such credits and incentives will be reduced automatically so that the aggregate of such credits and incentives is equal to $60,000 of the sales price of the home. In such event, buyer may still be able to take advantage of certain loan programs offered by Brookfield Residential Property Home Mortgage LLC, but buyer would be solely responsible for the costs associated with such program.
